Standard Errors

When a WhatsApp message fails, the status report on your status report webhook contains a CM.com error code in errorCode and a description in errorDescription. For WhatsApp, CM.com maps the errors reported by Meta to the codes below. For the structure of status reports and the errors that apply to all channels, see Incoming status reports.

Each Meta error code links to the relevant section of Meta's error code reference, which describes possible causes and solutions in detail.
