Incoming messages

This page describes the incoming (MO) messages you can receive from Viber users through the CM.com Messaging API.

The main difference from other channels is the fact that Viber uses a numeric identifier for the recipient of the MO message, a so-called "Viber Service ID".

Note

Please note that media URLs are valid for 30 days and won't contain content anymore afterwards.

End-users have the option to send a photo, video, document or sticker to your Viber business account.
