Incoming messages

This page describes the incoming (MO) messages you can receive from RCS users through the CM.com Messaging API.

RCS Business Messaging supports receiving text messages as well as media, such as images. To receive incoming messages on your platform, we can configure a MO webhook for you. Please provide us with the URL, and we will set it up for you.
