This page describes the incoming events you can receive from RCS through the CM.com Messaging API.

### Supported Events

| Type | Description |
| - | - |
| SuggestionClick | User taps a suggested action/reply |
| IsTyping | User is typing within a conversation with the agent. |

### Custom Objects

**SuggestionClick** The object contains the postbackdata and the button label

### SuggestionClick - Suggested action

When a user taps a suggested action, your agent receives an event containing the action's postback data. The messageContext is defined by the reference in the provided MT. This is mandatory; otherwise, we cannot link the incoming message to the outgoing message.

SuggestionClick allows you to track suggested actions, not suggested replies. Suggested replies refer to incoming messages, while suggested actions include:

- Opening a URL
- Dialing a number
- Sending an agenda message
- Sending a location message

### SuggestionClick - Suggested replies

When a user taps a suggested reply, your agent receives an event containing the reply's postback data. The messageContext is defined by the reference in the provided MT. This is mandatory; otherwise, we cannot link the incoming message to the outgoing message.

- To receive incoming events, an event webhook must be configured. Please provide us with the URL so we can set this up for you.
