Send Your First WhatsApp Message

Send a WhatsApp message using the CM.com Business Messaging API. The same API you use for SMS — just specify WhatsApp as the channel.

Prerequisites​

  • A CM.com account with messaging access
  • WhatsApp channel onboarded (via Channels API or dashboard)
  • A product token

Step 1: Send a text message​
