Customer Setup - Quandago

This guide explains what you, as the customer, need to provide to enable the integration between Quandago Livechat and our platform.

1. QuandaGo Requirements​

Please ask the customer to provide the following details from their QuandaGo instance:

  1. API Key
  2. Instance Name
  3. Class Name
  4. Campaign ID
