Test
We provisioned whatsapp number https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=31850871210 and chatbot is connected to CAIC of development environment. With this, they can test the flows of CAIC in test account to verify and deploy cxone adapter to production

Production
There are two cxone adapter instances created in marketplace https://www.cm.com/en-gb/app/marketplace/1da59b50-2731-4147-aa8d-a63ea0c25560/my-integrations to support whatsapp and web channels. Ideally this can be done in one integration, but independer uses two different accounts for whatsapp and web

Testing Handover
We can ask few questions which bot doesn't understand or “testdominiccm” as keyword to trigger handover
