Getting Started with Marketplace

Connect an external platform (like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) to CM Marketplace once, and let the data contracts, authentication, and authorization cascade to every CM product that needs it.

Prerequisites​

  • A CM.com account with Marketplace access
  • Your API credentials from the CM.com dashboard

Step 1: Register a connection​

Register the external platform as a connection so Marketplace can manage its authentication and authorization.

Step 2: Define a data contract​

Define the data contract that describes how information is shared between the connected platform and the CM products that will consume it.

Step 3: Cascade to CM products​

Once the connection and its data contract are in place, the CM products you enable it for can start consuming the integration without any additional setup.
