Accessing Marketplace Subscription Customer Data

To access the list of customers using marketplace subscriptions, you can make a request to the following endpoint:

https://api.cm.com/fees/v1/fees?productID=507&includeAllProperties=false&isDeleted=false&activeOnDate=2025-06-01&skip=0&take=500

**To access the above endpoint: **

1. You must be connected to the CM's VPN.
2. You need to include the x-cm-sso-account-id in the request header.

Key Response Fields

The response contains several important fields:

• LogicalAccountID: Identifies the Logical Account ID
• DimensionNameValues: Contains the dimension information, where "CONNECT_PLAN" indicates Marketplace subscriptions

Additional Useful Fields

The following fields may also be of interest:

• ActiveFromUtc: The subscription start date
• InactiveFromUtc: The subscription end date (will be null if there is no end date)
• SupersededBy: Contains information if the subscription has replaced another subscription (e.g., in cases of upgrades or downgrades)
