Overview​

The WooCommerce CRM integration allows you to connect your WooCommerce store with the Marketplace platform for seamless data synchronization. This guide is divided into two sections:

  1. Customer Setup: What the customer needs to provide to enable the integration.
  2. Delivery Setup: What your team configures based on the customer's input.

Integration Setup Process​

  1. Customer Setup: The customer generates API credentials and configures webhooks in their WooCommerce store.
  2. Delivery Setup: Your team configures the integration on the Marketplace platform using the customer's credentials
