Delivery Setup​

This guide explains how to configure the SAP CRM integration on our platform using the information provided by the customer. It also includes the API reference for additional details.

1. Prerequisites​

Ensure you have the following details from the customer:

  • Base URL
  • Username
  • Password
  • Business Unit (BU) Filter

2. Configure the SAP CRM Integration​

Steps to Configure API Access:​

  1. Log in to the Marketplace platform.
  2. Navigate to the Integrations > CRM section.
  3. Select SAP CRM from the list of available integrations.

  1. Click on Create Integration and provide a descriptive name (e.g., "SAP CRM Production Integration").
  2. In the SAP CRM Details section, enter the following:
    • Base URL: Paste the base URL provided by the customer.
    • Username: Enter the username provided by the customer.
    • Password: Enter the password provided by the customer.
    • Business Unit (BU) Filter: Enter the BU filter provided by the customer.
  3. Save the integration to establish the connection.
