Overview​

The Returnless CRM integration allows you to connect your Returnless account with the Marketplace platform to automate return processes, synchronize customer data. This guide is divided into two sections:

  1. Customer Setup: What the customer needs to provide to enable the integration.
  2. Delivery Setup: What your team configures based on the customer's input.

Integration Setup Process​

The integration process involves the following steps:

  1. Customer Setup:
    • The customer creates a Returnless account, generates an API key (access token), and shares it with the delivery team.
  2. Delivery Setup:
    • The delivery team configures the integration in the Marketplace platform using the provided API key.
