Paylogic

Introduction

The Paylogic CRM Adapter is a crucial component in the event ticketing and customer data management ecosystem. It serves as a bridge between the Paylogic ticketing system and a Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring that ticket sales and personalization data are efficiently synchronized and made available for further processing and analysis.

Process Overview

The synchronization process begins with the CRM Adapter initiating a GCP Custom Task. Once accepted, this task triggers the Paylogic Adapter to fetch and process both order sales and ticket personalization data. The adapter employs sophisticated filtering mechanisms to ensure only new or updated data is processed, reducing unnecessary data transfer.

For order sales, the system processes each event individually, while for ticket personalization, it handles multiple events in a single API call.

After collecting and processing the data, the system prepares it for transmission to the CDP. This preparation includes batching the data into manageable groups of 50 objects each, ensuring efficient data transfer and processing.

Throughout the process, the system maintains detailed job history records, allowing for resilient operation and the ability to resume from the last known good state in case of interruptions or failures.

This comprehensive approach ensures that the CDP always has access to the most up-to-date and relevant ticket sales and customer personalization data, enabling enhanced customer insights and more effective event management strategies.
