Delivery Setup Business Central

This guide explains how to configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central CRM integration on our platform using the information provided by the customer.

1. Prerequisites​

Ensure you have the following details from the customer:

  • tenantId
  • clientId
  • clientSecret
  • companyId
  • Environment Name

2. Configure the Business Central CRM Integration​

Steps to Configure API Access:​

  1. Log in to the Marketplace platform.
  2. Navigate to the Integrations > CRM section.
  3. Select Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central CRM from the list of available integrations.

  1. Click on Create Integration and provide a descriptive name (e.g., "Business Central CRM Production Integration").

  2. In the Business Central CRM Details section, enter the following:

    • tenantId
    • clientId
    • clientSecret
    • companyId
    • Environment Name

  3. Business Central CRM Details form ready to save

    Save the integration to establish the connection.
