Dynamics app integration with client’s Dynamics account can allow CM to fetch details like Customer Details, Order Details, Search Order etc.

Steps to setup new MS Dynamics Adapter.

  • Get the MS-Dynamics Resource URL of your Organization.

  • Create your MS Dynamics Adapter in CM’s Marketplace. (9Tile Menu->Marketplace->CRM->MSDynamics)

  • Authorize the Adapter:

    • Hit the authorize endpoint
https://api.cm.com/marketplace/configuration/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/adapters/{adapter_id}/authorize
  • You Will get the code from the endpoint, after successfully login.
  • pass the code in below
https://api.cm.com/marketplace/configuration/v1/tenants/{tenant_id}/adapters/{adapter_id}/token/{code}
