Create Integration in Marketplace

Prerequisites​

  • Access to the marketplace platform
  • CRM credentials and configuration details

Steps:​

  1. Navigate to the left navigation panel
  2. Click on **CRM **Section
  3. Select your desired CRM Integration(e.g., Bloomreach)

  1. Click Create Integration
  2. In the dialog box, enter the Integration Name

  1. Under CRM Details, provide all required information:
    • Credentials
    • Configuration settings needed to connect to the respective CRM adapter

  1. Click Edit to filling in all details
  2. Click Save to complete the integration setup
