SFTP Integration

Overview​

The SFTP integration allows you to export your AddressBook contact groups as CSV files delivered to a remote SFTP server. This integration enables you to:

  • Export customer segments from your CDP AddressBook as CSV files
  • Automatically deliver updated contact files to your SFTP server on a schedule
  • Use your contact data in downstream systems that consume flat files (CSV)

This guide is divided into two sections:

  1. Customer Setup: What the customer needs to provide to enable the integration.
  2. Delivery Setup: What your team configures based on the customer's input.
