What's in Settings?​

  • Teams — Upload your team structure from a spreadsheet
  • Report scheduling — Get automatic reports emailed to you
  • Sync limiter — Control how many conversations sync (trial accounts only)
  • Configuration — Turn features on/off for your account
  • Account details — Basic info about your account and sync status
