Overview

The Web Conversations application connects your website’s chat widget to the Conversational Router so website visitors can join the same routed conversations as your other applications. Configuration

This application has one setting you can configure:

• Name: application display name. Use a clear, descriptive label, so it’s easy to identify in flows and states.

• Configuration: your Web Conversations configuration to associate with this app. Available configurations are loaded from your account.
