Overview

To build a custom integration, your application communicates with our RESTful APIs using TwoWay, a JSON-based protocol that standardizes how messages and events are exchanged with the Conversational Router. In practice, you will:

• Expose one or more webhooks to receive messages and session events from the Router.

• Send outbound messages and events to the TwoWay endpoint for your TwoWay application(s).

• Adhere to the TwoWay message schema for all inbound and outbound payloads.

• Authenticate API calls as described in the Authentication documentation.
